The vote is official: 416 YEAS and 3 nays. HR 5566 (was amened from 5092) now must be approved by the Senate. President Obama supports this bill, as I have received a single line letter signed by the President of the United States himself, with a ball point pen, that he will keep this very animal cruelty issue in mind.
