I am against DADT on principle and have been signing all the letters and petitions I've been sent opposing it, but I don't usually repost them on Facebook or Twitter because I have trouble believing it should be a top-priority issue. And I have trouble believing it should be a top-priority issue because although it has to do with equal rights for gays, which I support 100%, it also has to do with the military, and although I agree we need a military for defense, most of what our military is deployed to do has to do with killing people, and it's not always for a good cause.
So I can't crusade 100% on this.
